The Board of Directors of the Jodie Partridge Center are proud to announce their management agreement with Advantages of Southeast Arkansas, Inc. of Monticello, Arkansas. After the retirement of long time Executive Director, Bettye Harris, the Board entered into a management agreement with Advantages to provide the operation of the services that Jodie Partridge Center has provided in the community for the last 48 years.
Advantages is a non-profit agency that has provided services to people with developmental disabilities throughout 15 counties since 1971. Jodie Partridge provides Adult Development Day Treatment services as well as Community and Employment Supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
The Board of Directors is committed to ensuring the services provided to the consumers are as high quality as they have been in the past, and are dedicated to keeping the purpose and missing of Jodie Partridge alive. The new director is Lindsey Lambert Wilkerson, who is a Dumas native with over 16 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and is active in the community. The new office manager is Ashlee Hillis Wells, who has family ties to the area, and has several years of office management skills and experience with individuals with disabilities.
