On Monday, February 10th, the following persons accepted negotiated pleas and were sentenced in Desha County Circuit Court:
Dwain Woods- Battery 2nd Degree- $220 in restitution to Delta Memorial Hospital
Khalid Benton- Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm from a Vehicle, Unauthorized Use of Property- 5 years probation plus fines and Court Costs.
Daviance Beckton- Terroristic Act, Aggravated Assault- 72 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
David L. Moore II- Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule I or II, Possession of Marijuana with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Firearm- 6 years Supervised Probation with $2,000 fine, plus court costs.
