Notice to general medical offices, and the medical, dental and optometry community, trade/other related subcontractors and related organizations and individuals: Destination Transformation Consultants, is an Arkansas 501 3 (c) nonprofit organization announces our intent to solicit assistance from the Department of Defense’s Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program. The proposed assistance will include a partnership with the United States military to provide medical, dental, optical, behavior and veterinary services to southeast Arkansas residents. Project Health Transformation will be in Dumas, however, will primarily serve the communities in Arkansas, Desha, Drew, Jefferson, and Lincoln counties in Arkansas. The project will take place at the Dumas Community Center and in offices on Main and Waterman Streets in Dumas, AR 71639. Project Health Transformation will occur in 2025 and 2026. The project will provide free medical-related services to individuals living in the southeast Arkansas region. This initiative aims to enhance the health and well-being of individuals in our rural areas by providing complementary comprehensive and accessible healthcare services over a two-week period.

• Veterinary services
Important Notice: This collaboration is a non-competitive initiative. Our goal is to complement existing healthcare services in the community, not to compete with local healthcare providers. We are committed to collaborating with local practitioners to ensure the best possible care for all residents. Medical organizations, individuals, trade/other related subcontractors, and private individuals who have questions or wish to voice opposition to military assistance for this Project may contact, Dr. Dorotha Love Hall, Executive Director of Destination Transformation at doveh52@yahoo.com or at 404-936-6754 no later than 30 days after the publication of this notice. Failure to file comments within the time frame noted will be considered an effective waiver of objections to military assistance for this project.
