The pavement of Pistachio Street is the first of three streets schedule for resurfacing: Pistachio, Farmer, and John, according to Dumas Mayor Flora Simon. The Dumas City Council approved this project at a projected cost of $364,710.86. This project is partially funded from the city’s street fund and money from the Peterson’s trust fund.
