GLENWOOD, Ark. (AP) — Three people have been found dead in a home in western Arkansas, Arkansas State Police said Monday.
The bodies of David Sawyer Claborn, 25, his wife Meredith Claborn, 24, and their 23-month-old daughter Sadie Dawn Claborn were discovered inside their home Sunday by another family member.
State police said in a news release the bodies were sent to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory to determine the cause and manner of deaths and said no suspect is being sought “at this juncture.”
Glenwood, in Pike County, is about 75 miles (1201 kilometers) southwest of Little Rock.
The Arkansas State Police is investigating the deaths of three Pike County residents. The investigation is underway at the request of the Pike County Sheriff’s Department.
Early Sunday afternoon ((asterisk)January 9th) family members discovered the bodies of David Sawyer Claborn, 25, his wife Meredith Claborn, 24, and the couple’s 23 month old daughter, Sadie Dawn Claborn inside their home at 169 Baker Road, east of Glenwood.
The bodies have been transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory where the manner and cause of death will be determined.
At this juncture in their investigation, Special Agents of the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation have no evidence to lead them to search for a suspect in the deaths.
