Keith Allan Manes 46 of Star City passed away June 20, 2023, Pine Bluff. Born March 21, 1977, in Dumas, Arkansas, the son of Bill Manes, Jr and Carolyn Clemons Manes.
Keith was of Christian faith, he loved to hunt, fish, driving his big truck, playing with his kids and he loved to cook.
