ORDINANCE No. 2023- 11
BE IT ENACTED BY THE QUORUM COURT OF THE COUNTY OF DESHA, STATE OF ARKANSAS AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND 2023-4 AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT FOR GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FROM FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THE CORONAVIRUS FISCAL RECOVERY FUND.
WHEREAS, it is now our desire to amend Ordinance 2023-4, of the following;
Decrease the grant administration allocation payable to Barlow Consulting LLC from Sixty-thousand dollars ($60,000.00) to Twenty-thousand dollars ($20,000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Quorum Court of Desha County, that: Desha County Ordinance 2023-4 is hereby amended.
This Ordinance is hereby approved on this 20th day of July 2023.
