The City of Dumas will be moving back to the City Hall building from August 19-23, 2024.
They will have a reopening on Aug. 26. Light refreshments and snacks will be served.

The City of Dumas Water Department is in the process of making the best decision for our customers who pay their bills electronically, including the city.
Initially we switched to NexBillPay for electronic payments; unfortunately, they are unable to continue to charge us a flat rate for some of our payments.
Their nrate for water bills did not change, and that rate is lower than PSN; so for the foreseeable future, we have decided to remain with NexBillPay for electronic water bill payments. Once our contract with PSN is complete, we will then process electronic payments for ambulance revenue, occupation tax, building permits, gas permits and electric permits.
Our goal has always been and will remain to be making the best decision for our customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.
