The Bobcat Parent, Teacher Student Organization will host a second meet and greet at the Dumas Community Center on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 5:30 pm.
The organizations is in search of individuals, businesses, organizations and churches to set up tables.
The meet and greet will provide help with various resources to parents, teachers, students and the community.
It will bring back the village that Dumas once had in earlier years to empower individuals as well as families,
It will help to find ways to unify the school community and family structures.
It will help advocate for the best educational, social, and cultural services for all Dumas Public School students.
Participants can set up a table with resources to provide help in any areas such as housing, food, employment, transportation, daycare, vouchers, utility assistance, insurance (healthcare, life and auto), mental and behavioral , mentoring, academics, scholarships, physical fitness, and more.
