The Dumas Ladycats fell 32-31 to Lake Village with questionable clock operation eliminating any chance of Ladycat last shot, Friday, December 10, 2021 at Lake Village.
As we saw later in the senior boys game, the horrible officiating, and wild bank shots dominated the contest.
Dumas outscored Lake Village 10-6 in the first period, led by (#14) Mia Dixon with two 3-pointers, while (#4) Aneesa Hill making a 3-pointer and (#12) Ma”Dyson McKinzie making one free-throw.
Lake village outscored Dumas 9-7 in the second period.
(#22) Nakyra Keith led the Ladycats with four points in the period, while McKinzie added three points.
Score at the half: Dumas 17, Lake Village 15.
Lake Village outscored Dumas 11-9 in the third period.
McKinzie led the Ladycats with four points in the period, while (#2) La'Paysha Croom made a 3-pointer and (#30) Mirica Scott chipped in with two points.

Lake Village edged Dumas 6-5 in the final stanza. Dumas was denied the opportunity to take a last shot after questionable game clock operation allow several seconds to run off while the ball was not in play.
(#40) Zashauria Washington and Hill each scored two points in the fourth period. McKinzie made one free-throw.

McKinzie led Dumas with nine points, while Dixon scored six.
Croom added five points, while Keith chipped in with four. Hill made a 3-pointer.
Scott and Washington each scored two points.
