Pine Bluff, AR —The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff’s Small Farm Program was recently awarded a Beginning Farmers and Ranchers Development Grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), according to Dr. Henry English, head of the UAPB program.
