Jack Shinn of Dumas, Arkansas was born on October 11, 1937, in Dardanelle, AR. to Lloyd and Goly Crown Shinn. He passed away on August 20, 2024, at his home. He was a retired farmer. He was proceeded in death by his parents, his wife Betty, sister Rebecca Ferguson, Brothers James and John Shinn, and two daughters Lori Roush and Darlene Norman.
