LAKE VILLAGE, Ark. — Arkansas State Parks welcomed community members, local leaders and partners to Lake Chicot State Park today to celebrate the completion of significant improvements designed to enhance the visitor experience while preserving one of Arkansas' premier outdoor destinations.
