Over 100 people attended last Thursday’s public meeting at the Dumas Municipal building., with many voicing their concerns over the proposed commercial landfills a Georgia based company hopes to locate in Desha and Chicot Counties. The meeting was chaired by Michael Jones and Paul Wilson.
