On 9/7/2023 at 1:45 a.m., Sgt. Roland Brown was dispatched to Hwy 1 near Blythe road, in regard to a vehicle theft. While en-route to the scene, Sgt. Brown was advised the owner of the vehicle had the truck and suspect held on Cypress Creek Road. Upon arrival Sgt. Brown observed a white male lying underneath a pickup up truck.
