William A. "Bill" West passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at his home in Bryant, Arkansas.
Bill was born on September 18, 1931 in Dumas, Arkansas. He attended public schools in Dumas, and obtained his BS degree in business administration at Arkansas Tech in 1953. He served in the US Army from 1953 to 1955.
