Arthur Leonard Morgan, 76 of Dumas, Arkansas passed away March 9, 2021 in Monticello. Leonard was born April 6, 1944 in Dumas, Arkansas the son of the late Charlie Bond and Effie Mae Leonard Morgan. His parents and two brothers, C.B. and John Joe Morgan, two sister, Mary Frances King and Ruth Rawson all preceded him in death.
