NATIONAL SUMMARY
Conditions will begin to calm across the Northeast tomorrow
with a spotty shower possible. Meanwhile, severe
thunderstorms and localized flash flooding will begin to
erupt across an area extending from Missouri into portions
of Tennessee through the overnight. A zone of spotty showers
and thunderstorms is likely to develop across portions of
northern Idaho, with another area of spotty showers and
storms expected in North Dakota as well as central Minnesota
and northern Wisconsin. Periods of rain and drizzle will
push onshore in the Northwest along with cooler conditions.
Extreme heat will continue in Texas as humidity builds into
portions of the Southeast and southern Midwest. Conditions
will turn warmer and less humid across the Northeast.
