NATIONAL SUMMARY
Thunderstorms in southeastern Kansas, southwestern Missouri,
central and eastern Oklahoma, western Arkansas, eastern
Texas and northwestern Louisiana can bring flooding
downpours, hail and damaging wind gusts tomorrow afternoon.
Non-severe thunderstorms could extend as far north as
southeastern South Dakota and southern Minnesota. Late in
the day, spotty thunderstorms will occur from western South
Dakota southward to the Texas Panhandle. Widespread severe
weather is not expected, but some of the storms could be
locally strong. Afternoon thunderstorms will dot the central
and southern Florida Peninsula. The West, Ohio Valley and
Northeast can all expect a dry day. Portions of the Desert
Southwest will have high temperatures over 100 degrees
Fahrenheit.
