ROQUEFORT
CHEESE BALL
1/2 lb shredded cheddar
1/4 lb crumbled roquefort cheese
1 small onion, minced
1/2 lb cream cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
Mix ingredients and 1/2 cup toasted pecans. Roll into a ball or two logs. Roll in remaining
pecans. Chill. Serve with crackers.
