The Precious Moments & Childcare Center LLC held their ribbon cutting ceremony with Dumas Chamber of Commerce Monday, October 21,2024. Lisa Simmons, the Dumas Chamber of Commerce and community members gathered together to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony and toured the facility . The new childcare facility is located on 207 S. Elm Street in Dumas.
