Dumas community gathers in faith and unity to begin the New Year

The Dumas Community gathered for a Community Day of Prayer to welcome in the New Year at the Dumas Community Center January 1, 2026.
Minister Debra Hawkins opened the event and spoke about letting go of past events and let 2026 be a new beginning. The group sang “Amazing Grace” before the prayers.
