Manuel Armstrong, 67 of Dumas, AR, died January 12, 2022. He was born July 11, 1954 in Marked Tree, AR the son of Joseph and Maxine Armstrong.
Manuel was a member of Victory Baptist Church and a welder. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time with family. Manuel also served in the Arkansas National Guard.
Manuel was preceded in death by his father and younger sister Dodie Bryd.
Survivors are his wife Sandra Armstrong of Dumas, Ar., Mother Maxine Armstrong of Marked Tree, Ar., daughters Stephanie Harrison and Kim (Don) Archer of Dumas, two brothers Mike Armstrong of Marked Tree, Ar. and Danny Armstrong of Waverly, TN. One sister Shelia Brockwell of Tyronza, Ar., three grandsons Eric (Alex) Armstrong, Ryan Armstrong and Trace (Kristin) Stallings and two great grandsons Jayce and Bentley (due in March).
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 14, 2022 at Griffin Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Russell officiating. Burial was at Walnut Lake Cemetery.
Arrangements were by Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas, AR.
