Pauline McDaniel Porter, 93 of Pine Bluff, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022 at Gardner Nursing Center in Star City. She was born July 23, 1928 to the late James and Sarah Forrest McDaniel. Pauline was a member of Overcoming Faith Worship Center in Star City and was a retired seamstress. She loved quilting, crocheting, cooking and gardening.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Porter; 4 brothers, Johnny McDaniel, Clark McDaniel, Floyd McDaniel and Faben McDaniel; and 2 sisters, Eunice Hawkins and Marlene Slaughter.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda (Kenneth) Mills Williams of Pine Bluff; 3 grandchildren, Latecia “Angela” Mills, Sheila “Mickey” Inman, and Cindy (Danny Joe) Belvedresi; 5 great-grandchildren, Joseph (Jenna) House, Jacob (Andrea) Inman, Brandon Belvedresi, Jennie (Timothy) Holcomb, and Megan Belvedresi; 6 great great-grandchildren, Maddie Holcomb, Judson House, McKinley Inman, Jami Kate House, Logan Inman and Colton Holcomb; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 10:00AM Friday, June 24, 2022 at Griffin Funeral Chapel with Bro. Don Borland officiating. Visitation is 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the funeral home. Burial at Walnut Lake Cemetery near Dumas. Pallbearers are Ricky Helton, Steve McDaniel, Danny Joe Belvedresi, Brandon Belvedresi, and Timothy Holcomb.
