Wanda Kay Persons Mankin, 69 a lifelong resident of Dumas, Arkansas passed away February 10, 2023. Born March 12, 1953, the daughter of Willie Harvey Persons and Nancy Eva Persons. Her parents and three brothers Billy, Floyd and Franky Persons all preceded her in death.
Wanda attended church at Dark Corner Christian Church and retired from banking and had work at Union Bank and Merchants and Farmers Bank.
Survivors are her husband, Ronnie Mankin of Dumas, Arkansas daughter Brandy (Sonny) Gilley of Dumas, Arkansas and three step children, Heath (Melissa) Mankin of Watson, Arkansas, Dusty (Alyssa) Mankin of Friendwood, Texas and Nikki (Travis) Rushing of Monticello, Arkansas, sister Loice Smith of Dumas, Arkansas and two brothers Harold Persons of Wells Bayou, Arkansas and Travis Persons of White Hall, Arkansas and grandchildren Dylan and Jentson Gilley, Kason and Karsyn Mankin, Whit and Halli Mankin, John Mason Rushing and Madelynne Rushing.
Visitation and service held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Griffin Funeral Home, visitation at 10 Am and services at 11 Am with Rev. Dubs Byers officiating and burial in Dark Corner Cemetery.
