Amber Diane Tarlton, 44, of Star city, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at her home. She was born in Dumas, AR on May 18, 1976. Amber worked as a behavioral health Intake counselor for optum. She enjoyed being a grandmother and tried her best to make someone smile every day. Amber was also a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death was her father, Bobby Lynn Tarlton, son Kameron Tarlton, and maternal grandparents, Tom Knight and Betty Brown.
Survivors include her mother, Laura Ann McKinney of Star City, son; Ryan Tarlton of Star City, daughter; Sydney Robinson of Conway, two brothers; Justin Tarlton of Gould, and Joshua Tarlton of Dumas, sister; Arika Tarlton of Gould, one grandchild, paternal grandparents; Bobby and Mary Tarlton of Gould, and maternal grandmother; Joyce Knight of Dumas, two fur Babies Kane and Sister, special friends; Marqueta Heath, and Khristopher Russ, many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended friends and family.
Visitation is Monday, November 23, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Griffin Funeral Service in Star City. Graveside services are 10:00am Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Dark Corner Cemetery. Bro. Dubs Byers will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Dark Corner Cemetery at 2103 HWY 83 N, Dumas, AR 71639.
