Elmer (Buba) Lemonds, Jr. 48 of McGehee, AR departed his life on January 15, 2021 at Baptist Hospital in Columbus, Mississippi. Elmer attended Faith Pentecostal Church in McGehee. He was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi on October 30, 1972 to Elmer Lemonds, Sr. and Wilma Lemonds of McGehee.
Elmer was preceded in death by his niece, Chassity Erwin, great niece, Skyler Fish, nephew, Heath Cupples, father, Elmer Lemonds, Sr, and great nephew, Anthony Cupples.
Survivors are his wife, Jillian Lemonds of McGehee, daughter, Dusti Kennedy of McGehee, mother, Wilma Lemonds of McGehee, brothers: Daniel Lemonds (Stephanie) and Bobby Lemonds both of McGehee, sisters: Rita Lemonds (James) of Dumas, Sherry Goodman of McGehee, Cynthia Lemonds (Josh) of the Bay Area, California, Mashanda Erwin (Billy) of McGehee, Jenny Fish (Rodney) of Dumas, a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Visitation for Elmer will be held on January 20, 2021 from 1-2 p.m. followed by funeral at 2 p.m. at Faith Pentecostal Church in McGehee with Brother Robert Barnes officiating and burial at Dark Corner Cemetery.
