Roger Bradley 72 of Dumas, Arkansas passed away on September 28, 2020. Born June 1, 1948 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The son of the late Joe A. and Nellie Manning Bradley. His parents, and son, Clay Bradley preceded him in death.
Roger was a member of Dark Corner Christian Church, where he taught Sunday School, also served as the Sunday School superintendent. He was President of Dark Corner Cemetery Association. Whatever was needed at church or in the community, Roger took care of it. Served as Board member of Wells Bayou-Garrett Bridge water association. Roger retired in 2014 as salesman and Inventory Manager for McKennon Implement Co./Arkansas Ag for 42 years.
Survivors are his wife, Melba Knight Bradley of Dumas, Arkansas, son, ‘G” Myron Grimes of Dumas, Arkansas and daughter, Marsha Bottoms Rigney and his late son in law, Don of Hot Springs, Arkansas, three grandsons, Brandt (Fara) Bottoms, Braden (Nikki) Bottoms and Bracy Bottoms and four great grandchildren, Marley, Gentry , Beckham and Callan. One special fur grand girl “Ribeye”.
Visitation and funeral service held on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Griffin Funeral Home, with visitation from 2-3PM, with services at 3 PM, Rev. Dubs Byers and Rev. Tom Bowlby officiating and burial following at Dark Corner Cemetery. Memorials in memory of Roger to Dark Corner Cemetery Association, 2103 State Hwy 83 North, Dumas, Arkansas 71639.
