Sandra McTigrit Kennedy, 68 of Cabot, Arkansas passed away October 30, 2022. She was born in Dumas, Arkansas on November 13, 1953, the daughter of the late Opal McTigrit and Ellen Ruth Kirtley McTigrit. Her parents and husband Scott Kennedy and son Andrew Kennedy preceded her in death.
Sandra was a member of Double Wells Assembly of God Church in Sulphur Springs, Arkansas and retired from Arkansas Department of Corrections.
Survivors are daughter Teri Kennedy of Cabot, Arkansas, brother Stanley McTigrit of DeWitt, Arkansas and sister Kathy Irvin of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and three grandchildren, Lauryn Williams, Ana Fritsch and Scott Kennedy.
Visitation was held from 7 – 9 pm, Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Griffin Funeral Home.
Graveside services was held 11 am on Friday, November 4, 2022, at Walnut Lake Cemetery with Rev. Mike Cottrell officiating. Memorials in memory of Sandra may be made to donor’s choice of charity.
