Billy Ray Walters, Sr., 79 of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed away in Little Rock, Arkansas on February 21, 2024. Born in Lincoln County, Arkansas on January 23, 1945, the son of the late Eddie Lee Walters and Dorothy Brooks Walters.
Billy was a member of River Road Baptist Church in Redfield, Arkansas, and a farmer.
