The City of Dumas swore in their first Youth Councilmembers at the Dumas Council meeting December 8, 2025.
Norma Esaw, City of Dumas reporter/treasurer, swore in Edgar Spinks, Tirah McGehee, and Claudia Richie as the first three members of the newly formed youth Council.
