Update as of 7PM Monday, September 9, 2024: The US National Weather Service Little Rock reported that Tropical Storm Francine remains at 65 mph. Impacts, primarily excessive rainfall, are expected in a few days across portions of Arkansas. Rainfall amounts and potential gusty winds will be highly dependent on the eventual track of the system.
