Deputy Alan Hernandez and Desha County Sheriff Mitch Grant represented the Desha County Sheriff’s Office, along with Destiny and Jana, who are radio operators at the Dumas Police Department, at the annual Arkansas Crime Information Center (ACIC) Conference.
