On Thursday, July 20, 2023 at approximately 10:15 p.m., Deputy Reshawn Bledsoe was patrolling the area of Mitchellville, when he initiated a traffic stop on a tan 2001 Ford Crown Victoria, that was being driven by 31 year old Vincent King of Eudora.
