S.M.O.D hosts first spelling bee, back to school event

The Street Mentors of Dumas held their first Spelling and back to school give away at the Dumas Community Center August 5, 2023.

Seven to nine students participated in the spelling bee with that entered the spelling Bee. Bryslie Bess won the first place trophy and Jada McKinzie winning $20

Da Fade Zone will be offering back to school hair boy cuts with the possibility of girls styling if available. No registration is required.
