Walter Hall Post American Legion Post #84 honors veterans at annual Memorial Day services

The Walter Hall American Legion Post #84 held their annual Veterans Memorial Program at the Desha County Museum Sunday, May 28, 2023.
The program started with a prayer from Elder Baily Austin. Arthur Hilliard led the Pledge of Allegiance. Dumas High School Junior Kaniyah Davis sang the National Anthem.

Dumas Ladycats show team spirit on the field and in practice

The Dumas Senior Ladycats Softball will be finishing their season strong with 13-5 overall and 8-2 in conference.
The Ladycats will be finishing their conference games next week playing two home games, playing Smackover Thursday, April 27, 2023 and playing Dollarway on Senior night Friday, April 28, 2023.
