In partnership with the King Foundation and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, Communities Unlimited (CU) has launched the “Our Delta” Home Improvement Loan Program to address a critical lending gap for residents of Jefferson and Desha Counties in the Arkansas Delta.
