The Desha County Sheriff’s Office is proud to join with the Arkansas Sheriff’s Association, the Arkansas Attorney General, Walmart, and the American Electric Power Foundation, to bring you this child identification kit, as part of the National Child Identification Program.
Please take the time to complete this kit. It is my hope that it will never have to be used. However, over 1,000 children a day go missing. In the event your child goes missing, this kit is a valuable tool that you can give us to have vital information about your child, so that we can hopefully bring them back home safely. Complete this kit and store it in a safe location. We work everyday to do everything we can to make Desha County a safe place to live, but we want to be prepared for the unexpected.
