Fabian Lozano, owner and operator of Southern Stream Softwash, LLC, started his business two and half years. When he started his business he offered soft washing for houses, concrete roofs, window cleaning and other areas that needed to be cleaned
He now expanded his business to offer lawn care, landscaping, seasonal lighting installation, carpentry, painting, wood stain and seal, and little bit of everything during the winter months. His carpentry services include projects of all sizes like finishing work and repair work.
His lawncare services include mowing, trimming, blowing, Driveway edging, fertilizing, and over seeding. His landscaping services include demolitions, Landscape design & installation, Shrub trimming, edging, mulching and more.
His pressure washing services include Low pressure house washing (softwashing), concrete Cleaning, Wood restoration, wood stain & seal, window cleaning
His favorite jobs are washing or mowing, said if we take care of our homes and businesses it make our city look better.
“Washing, the outcome is great. You take something that is dirty and looks old and it comes out to look almost brand new,” He said. “I really take pride in my work. I do the best work possible in order to maintain their property.”
He started his business to break away from the factory life. He said it more enjoyable and he finds a purpose doing it. He said he enjoys looking at his work after its finished. He and wife work together on clients projects, but hires additional help if needed.
Lozano using his past work experience in his business. He worked Construction out of high school and had several jobs that taught him the skills he needs for his business. He also worked every summer while in high school and learned the value of doing the job right.
Lozano is a Dumas resident and has lived in Dumas since he has 10 years old. He has worked several jobs in Dumas and in addition to working in Dumas take jobs in McGehee and other parts of the state.
