1 jalapeno pepper, chopped finely
1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, plus 1 tsp brine from the jar
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 1/2 tbls sugar
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
2/3 cup grated asiago cheese
