CHICKEN ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE
6 chicken breasts
1 onion, quartered
2 stalks celery, halved
4 tbls white wine
1 box Uncle Ben’s wild and long grain rice, cooked in broth instead and omitting salt
1 can artichoke halves
1/2 stick butter
2 tbls flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
