COMMISSIONER'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, Pursuant to the authority contained in the order of the Desha County Circuit Court entered in Case No. 21ACV-23-1l5 pending between Kareem Hughes Everett, Plaintiff, and Anthony Everett, Defendant, the undersigned, as Commissioner of the Court, will offer for sale, at public sale to the highest bidder, at the Front Door of the Desha County Courthouse, on September 12, 2024 at 10:00A.M. the following described real estate, situated in Desha County, Arkansas, to wit:
Lot 37 of Westview Park Addition Inside to the City of Dumas, Arkansas.
TERMS OF SALE: The highest bidder shall be required to make a cash deposit of 10% of the purchase price within 48 hours of the auction, The balance shall be due in full within an additional 45 days, Interest at the rate of six percent (6%) will accrue on the outstanding balance until paid. If the highest bidder fails to meet these requirements, the second highest bidder shall be given the opportunity to do so.
