Treat yourself to a good ole-fashioned Town Hall Debate and Forum this Sunday. The time is 4pm—6pm and seating is limited. Among many municipalities across the state, Dumas is one that has yet to hold a Mayoral Debate. Some are asking why the debate has not occurred and others may be waiting for someone to organize and bring the issues forward to the candidates for an open town hall discussion/debate.
All mayoral candidates have been invited.
The issues ranging from inflation, poverty, higher education, economic development, shopping, dining and greater unity and advancement for all of Dumas are critical subject matters.
Who has the best plans and way forward for Dumas/Desha.
Other candidates in the local and county races are invited to invite and challenge those who are on the ballot for the same position.
