4 oz cubed salt pork
1 4 pound chicken, cut into 10 pieces
Salt and pepper
1 pound mushrooms, quartered
2 chopped onions
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbls flour
1 bottle dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tbls Dijon mustard
