It’s always special when familiar faces return home—and we’re thrilled to welcome Carole Neeley back to Delta Memorial Hospital in a new role as our Chief Operations & Compliance Officer.
Carole’s passion for healthcare has guided her through over 30 years of service in various leadership roles, from Director of Nursing to Clinical Administrator and Maternal Health Clinical Director. Her dedication, compassion, and steady leadership make her a true asset to our hospital and our community.
Outside of her professional life, Carole finds the most joy in life’s simple pleasures—spending time with her husband, Dane, her daughter, Jordan, and their horses. One of her greatest joys is cheering Jordan on as she pursues her rodeo dreams.
We are honored to have Carole leading with heart once again at DMH.
