Jerry Gingerich, Verizon Representative, presented a proposal of Verizon's plan to build a 150 foot tall free-standing mono pole type tower at 501 Highway 65 South, which is the side yard of the Days Inn Hotel. The tower space would be a 70 by 70 foot lease with 60x60 of the space fenced in.
