Mrs. Arkansas United States of 2021, Elissie Railey, is running to be the next Miss Arkansas of America Strong.
Native of Dumas and Miss Dumas Arkansas of America 2022, Elissie loves to empower the youth and support the community that raised her.
She is the Vice President of Little Rock Angels and the CEO of Elistic Nails in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She also plans to open businesses in Dumas and has many projects in store for her community.
Her platform is to bring awareness to domestic violence and support the victims who have experienced it.
The Miss Arkansas of America Pageant will take place June 25, 2022 in the Convention Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas at 7:00 pm.
Tickets will be available at the door, from any contestant, or at the autograph signing, and Dillard's style show on June 24, 2022 at the Hot Springs Mall form 2:30-3:30pm.
