Delta N.E.Y.O. will be hold their 17th Annual Neighborhood Picnic Festival March 18, 2023 at 1101 Highway 54 in Dumas, Arkansas.
Since 2004, Delta N.E.Y.O. has strived to reunite our community and respond to the needs of the youth. In order to keep this family-friendly event as safe as possible, we are implementing new security measurements. Please be advised of the updated policies for the 2023 Neighborhood Picnic Festival. The event will take place in a fenced in area and there will be e heightened security to enforce the following rules.

Upon entry of the festival, all participants waive their Fourth Amendment right to vehicle and person search and seizure of all fire arms and weapons. All weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Only clear bags/totes/purses will be allowed. If they are not clear, visitors will be asked to return it to your vehicle.

Safety searches will be conducted including pat downs, baby strollers, etc.

If a visitors exit and returns, they will have to go back through the security check.

After parking, visitors will be required to exit your vehicle and enter the festival. No sitting in your vehicle. No hanging out in the parking lot. No loitering.
There are no exceptions to these rules!

Officer Tommy Norman & Life Speaks Life will be just a few guest speakers.
They will honoring all veterans who are attending the event.
The kid zone will include face painting, animal, balloons, bouncy house, Magic show, snow cones, and many more games. There will also be vendors such as clothing, shoes, and food trucks such as Cheesecake on point; Simpkins Muddy Souf BBQ; Sandrarose Sea Food, and more. Blues/comedy show will be held Saturday, March 18 at 3pm. The tickets can be purchased on event brite for $15 or $20 at the gate.
