Dumas civic organizations and agencies are invited to attend a meeting to be held at the Dumas City Hall council meeting room January 22, 2024 at 6 pm.
2024 is the 120th anniversary of the incorporation of the City of Dumas and this gives Dumas the opportunity to celebrate our community and its citizens all year long.
The Community Development Committee of the City of Dumas is working on several items in regards to the Civic Organizations and Service Agencies that exist in our community. The meeting will include discussion on how create a community calendar (in cooperation with the Dumas Clarion); promote all events and special anniversary
celebration activities; determine interest in coordinating a community-wide celebration/festival to commemorate the incorporation of Dumas.
In preparation for this meeting (and in the event that someone from your organization cannot attend), The committee asks that each organization or agency provide information about their organization by following the link below. This will help them better communicate with each group and Dumas' citizens.
