Charles Allen Barnett, Sr 67 of Dumas, Arkansas passed away March 20, 2025. Born April 3, 1958, in Dumas, the son of the late Rowland H. Barnett and Bobbie J. White Barnett. His parents, grandson “Trey” Mark Royal Venor, III and two brothers DeWayne and Michael Barnett all preceded him in death.
